Cancellation Policy
I strive to honor your appointment at all costs. I may contact you to offer other appointment options as your appointment approaches in an effort to streamline my schedule. In no way are you obligated to accept any of these offers.
Cancelling or moving your appointment with less than 48 hours notice will result in 50% of your service being charged to your client account. Less than 24 hours notice will result in the full service amount being charged to your client account. All client account balances MUST be paid in full before a new appointment can be scheduled. PLEASE understand this is only because I have to cover costs (chair rent, inventory, daycare etc) whether you arrive for your scheduled time or not.
Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your results PLEASE contact me! It is my heart’s desire for you to be in love with your hair after every appointment. I am more than happy to make changes and adjustments after your scheduled appointment for up to 2 weeks. There will be no charge for changes to haircuts, and a product fee charge for changes to hair color. If the 2 week window has closed the full amount of the service will be charged.
Wedding Reservations
All wedding parties are required to complete a Bridal Contract, have a valid credit card on file and pay all deposits/travel fees in full before a reservation can be made. One complementary trial appointment is offered and must be scheduled and performed 30 days prior to the event. Additional trials or trials scheduled after the 30 day countdown will be charged as Formal Upstyles.
